These Are So Cute!

These cute little guys will add lots of whimsy to your holiday decor with these designs by Sheila Leslie.  Or they would make a wonderful gift for the penguin collector or reindeer lover on your Christmas gift list.  The complete instructions are found below.  Crochet several to add a little extra charm and put smiles on your holiday guests.

Rows 2–43: Ch 1, dc in each dc across, turn.
Row 44: Ch 1, dc in each dc across. Fasten off.

FRINGE
Cut 2 strands red, each 12 inches in length. Holding both strands tog as 1, fold in half. Pull fold through st, pull ends through fold. Pull to tighten.
Attach Fringe in each st across both short ends.
Tie Scarf around neck.
